Enrollment and Forms

The Clayton County Public Schools Counseling, Enrollment, and Post-Secondary Readiness Department (CEPSR) is pleased to announce plans for summer enrollment for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year! On Mondays through Thursdays starting June 12- July 14, 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., the department will be offering enrollment assistance in the following locations: 

• Arnold Elementary (216 Stockbridge Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30236)
• Central Office South (1588 Lovejoy Rd, Hampton, GA 30228)
• Harper Elementary (93 Valley Hill Rd SW, Riverdale, GA 30274)
• Morrow Middle (5934 Trammell Rd, Morrow, GA 30260)
• Mt. Zion High (2535 Mt. Zion Parkway, Jonesboro, GA 30236)
• North Clayton High (1525 Norman Drive, College Park, GA 30349)
• Pointe South Middle (8495 Thomas Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30238)

All locations will assist with all grade levels.

Please see the following listing of required registration documents:

• 2 current proofs of residency dated within 30 days (Gas, Water, or Electric Bills, Current lease/Mortgage statement, or Deed)
• Scholar Proof of Birth
• Scholar Social Security Number (If applicable)
• Parent/ Guardian ID
• Transcript/Report card (Required for middle and high school)
• Behavior   (Required for middle and high school)
• Current Immunization/Waiver
• Eye, Ear, Dental Form 3300
• Residency affidavit (If applicable)
• Kinship/Guardian documents (If applicable)
• Withdrawal Letter
